If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Catharpin.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Catharpin we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
