If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Catharpin.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Catharpin we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
