If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Catharpin.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Catharpin we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
