If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Broad Run.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Broad Run we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
