If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Broad Run.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Broad Run we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
