If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Broad Run.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Broad Run we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
