We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Stanley.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Stanley we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
