We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Stanley.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Stanley we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
