If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Shenandoah we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
