If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Shenandoah.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
