If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Shenandoah.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
