If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Shenandoah.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
