Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Shenandoah.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah we can help determine the market value of your property.
