Do you need a renter for a rental in Luray?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty rarely has difficulties with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome tenants because we've inherited difficulties from property owners who found their own tenants, or from landlords who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.
The key to finding a good tenant is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Luray.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Luray we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
