We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Luray.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Luray we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
