We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Luray.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Luray we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
