If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Whitacre.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Whitacre we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
