We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Whitacre.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Whitacre we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
