If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Stephenson.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Stephenson we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
