If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Stephens City.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Stephens City we can nail down the retail value of your property.
