If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Stephens City.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Stephens City we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
