We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Middletown.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Middletown we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
