If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lake Frederick we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
