If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Lake Frederick we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
