If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Lake Frederick we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
