If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Lake Frederick we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
