If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Lake Frederick we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
