If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lake Frederick.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Lake Frederick we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
