If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Gore.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Gore we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
