If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Cross Junction.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cross Junction we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
