If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Cross Junction.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Cross Junction we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
