If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Clear Brook.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Clear Brook we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
