If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clear Brook.
The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Clear Brook we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
