If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clear Brook.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Clear Brook we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
