If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Clear Brook.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Clear Brook we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
