If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Skyline.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Skyline we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
