If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pimmit Hills.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
