If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pimmit Hills.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
