Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Pimmit Hills.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
