If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Pimmit Hills.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
