If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in East Falls Church.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in East Falls Church we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
