If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in East Falls Church.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in East Falls Church we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
