One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in City of Falls Church.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
