If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Baileys Crossroads.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
