If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Baileys Crossroads.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
