If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Baileys Crossroads.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
