If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Baileys Crossroads.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
