If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Baileys Crossroads.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
