If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax_Station.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fairfax_Station we will best know the retail value of your property.
