Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in West Springfield.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental.
