If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in West Springfield.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in West Springfield we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
