If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in West Springfield.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in West Springfield we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
