If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in West McLean.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in West McLean we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
