If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in West McLean.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in West McLean we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
