If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in West McLean.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in West McLean we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
