If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
