We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
