If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
