If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
