We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Vienna.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Vienna we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
