If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
