If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
