We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
