We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
