If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Seven Corners.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Seven Corners we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
