If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Seven Corners.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Seven Corners we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
