We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Seven Corners.
The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Seven Corners we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
