The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment.
