We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Oakton.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Oakton we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
