We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Oak Hill.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental.
