We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oak Hill.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Oak Hill we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
