If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Oak Hill.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Oak Hill we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
