If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Merrifield we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
