If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Merrifield we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
