If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Merrifield.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Merrifield we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
