If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Merrifield we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
