If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Kingstowne.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Kingstowne we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
