One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Kingstowne.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Kingstowne we can nail down the market value of your property.
