If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Kingstowne.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Kingstowne we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
