If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Kingstowne.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Kingstowne we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
