If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Kingstowne.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Kingstowne we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
