If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Herndon.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Herndon we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
