If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Herndon.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Herndon we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
