If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Herndon.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Herndon we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
