We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Great Falls.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Great Falls we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
