If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Fort Belvoir.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Fort Belvoir we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
