If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fort Belvoir.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Fort Belvoir we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
