Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax Station.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
