If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax Station.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Fairfax Station we will best know the actual value of your rental.
