If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax Station.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax Station we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
