If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax Station.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Fairfax Station we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
