If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax Station.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fairfax Station we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
