We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax Station.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fairfax Station we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
