We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax Station.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fairfax Station we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
