If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Dunn Loring.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
