If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Dunn Loring.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
