If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Dunn Loring.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
