We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clifton.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Clifton we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
