If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Chantilly.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Chantilly we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
