Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Chantilly.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chantilly we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment.
