If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Chantilly.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Chantilly we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
