We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Burke.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Burke we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
