We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Burke.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Burke we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
