We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Burke.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Burke we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
