Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
