If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Belle View.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Belle View we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
