If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Belle View.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Belle View we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
