If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Annandale.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Annandale we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
