If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Annandale.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Annandale we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
