If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Annandale.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Annandale we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
