If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Annandale.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Annandale we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
