If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
