If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
