We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fair Lakes.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fair Lakes we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
