If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in South Arlington.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in South Arlington we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
