If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in South Arlington.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in South Arlington we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
