If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in South Arlington.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in South Arlington we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
