If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in South Arlington.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in South Arlington we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
