If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Shirlington.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Shirlington we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
