If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Shirlington.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shirlington we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
