If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Shirlington.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shirlington we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
