We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
