We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
