We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
