Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Rosslyn.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
