If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Rosslyn.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Rosslyn we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
