If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rosslyn.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Rosslyn we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
