If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Rosslyn.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Rosslyn we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
