If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Rosslyn.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Rosslyn we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
