If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rosslyn.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Rosslyn we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
