We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in North Arlington.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in North Arlington we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
