Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome renters because we've inherited difficulties from landlords who found their own tenants, or from landlords who have brought us renters from other rental management companies.

If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in North Arlington.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in North Arlington we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
