If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in North Arlington.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in North Arlington we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
