One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in North Arlington.
The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in North Arlington we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment.
