We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairlington.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Fairlington we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
