If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Fairlington.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fairlington we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
