If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Crystal City.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Crystal City we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
