If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Crystal City.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Crystal City we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
