If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Crystal City.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Crystal City we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
