If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Arlington Ridge.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Arlington Ridge we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
