If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Arlington Ridge.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Arlington Ridge we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
